Q: Can I purchase tickets online or at the gate?
Ticket sales are online only. You will not be able to purchase a ticket at the gate. As dates & times sell out, they will no longer be available.
Q: CAN I get out of the car?
No. This is a complete drive thru experience and you are not allowed to exit your vehicle. Gate agents will scan your ticket through the window if you prefer not to roll down the glass.
Q: What types of vehicles are allowed?
Normal passenger cars, trucks and vans. No admission for buses, limos or RVs.
Q: Do you have public restrooms available?
No. There will be no restrooms on-site
Q: What if there is a wait to get into the show?
We will work diligently to keep the wait to a minimum, however, we do anticipate higher volume on holidays & weekends. We would encourage you to save time & money by visiting during less crowded times Monday-Thursday. You can also purchase a fast pass/jump the line if you want to guarantee a quicker admission (subject to availability).
Q: What is a fast pass?
Fast pass will allow users to bypass the line. We specifically reserve 25-spots per hour where cars will be granted admission within 10-minutes of ticket scanning/validation. These are subject to availability and a great way to ensure a speedy entry.
Q: Do you offer food or drinks?
At this time, we will not sell any concessions.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! Anyone who can fit in your car (including furry friends) is welcome!
Q: Are there flashing lights?
Yes, the light show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Consumer discretion is advised.
Q: When should I arrive for my scheduled time slot?
Please arrive during your timeslot, preferably at the beginning of your window. If you arrive at another time, you will not be permitted to enter.
Q: Can I arrive early? Late? Or a different day altogether?
No, tickets are valid only for the date and time selected. If you arrive at another time, you will not be permitted to enter.
Q: Can tickets be traded, transferred or refunded?
Let It Shine is non-transferable and non-refundable. You will not be able to transfer the ticket to another date; the event will remain open rain or shine.
Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy?
The Let it Shine Experience is non-refundable.
Q; Can we drive through more than once?
The tickets are for a one-time experience only.
