Is the cost of the light show per person or per vehicle? 

Per vehicle! You do NOT need to purchase a ticket for everyone in your vehicle. As a reminder, no buses, limos or RVs are permitted.

How do I purchase a ticket and how much is a ticket?

Tickets are available online only at ShineLightShow.com. Ticket prices vary based on location and day of the week/holidays. Please visit the website for pricing.


When can I use my ticket to see the show?

Tickets are only valid at the specific location, date & time you selected at time of checkout.


What is the refund/cancellation policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable. The space you reserve is held for your entry only and therefore not utilized by another customer. If you can no longer attend, you can reschedule your show time HERE. The reschedule can only occur 48-hours prior to your scheduled time and date.The exchange must be of equal value.


What is the weather policy?

Let It Shine operates during rain & snow. If there is a weather emergency, you will be notified via email & in the event of a closure, you will receive a replacement ticket for another date during the current season (based upon availability). Please check our website & social media channels for up to date weather-related information.


What if there is a wait to get into the show?

We work diligently to keep the wait time to a minimum; however, we do experience higher volumes on holidays & weekends. If you would like to save time & money, we recommend visiting Monday – Thursday. You may also purchase a Fast Pass which allows you to jump the line for quicker admission to the show.


When should I arrive for my scheduled time?

Please arrive during your scheduled time slot.. If you arrive at a different time or without a valid ticket you will not be permitted to enter the show.


What is a Fast Pass?

A Fast Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission line. Once your Fast Pass ticket is scanned, you will be admitted into the show within 10 minutes or less.

Fast Pass is subject to availability and not always guaranteed. If an evening is slower or park volumes are non-peak, the admissions times may be the same as general admissions. On busy evenings, It’s the best way to ensure an expedited entry!


What types of vehicles are allowed through the show?

Normal-sized passenger cars, trucks & vans. Due to the turning radius in the show, we can not accommodate buses, limos or RVs.


Can I get out of my car to take pictures?

No. Let It Shine is a complete drive-thru experience and you are not allowed to exit your vehicle. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion.


How long does the show take?

We recommend driving at 3 MPH to ensure a full & vibrant show experience. Please note that the duration of your experience depends on the time, day, traffic & weather elements.


Do you offer food or drinks?

We do not offer concessions at this time. We continue to monitor COVID-19 safety protocols and hope to incorporate holiday concessions in the near future.


Do you have public restrooms?

Porta potties are available at each show location. Please consult with on-site staff attendants for access.


Do the lights flash?

Yes. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Consumer discretion is advised.


How do I listen to the music for the show?

You will need a functioning FM radio in your vehicle to hear the music that is synchronized to the light show. The specific station will be noted on signage at your specific location.


Is the experience at all three locations the same?

Each location has their own unique festive experience, music playlist and immersive light displays. Visit one or all three!


I purchased a ticket but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

All ticket confirmations are sent to the email address entered upon purchase. Please check your spam folder before contacting customer service. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@shinelightshow.com and we will resend your reservation details.

Where do I enter a promo code?

You are able to enter the promo code on the top, right hand side of the page upon checking out.

Any promotion or discount codes must be used prior to the expiration. Customers will not be entitled to a credit for promotions or discounts if not available at the time of purchase.

Can I reschedule? 

Change of plans? Subject to availability, you may reschedule your ticket to a different date and/or time 48-hours in advance. Click HERE to reschedule.


How does pricing work?

Weekday pricing applies to dates Monday through Thursday. Weekend pricing applies to dates Friday through Sunday. Holiday pricing applies to holidays and select dates (including 12/19 through 12/23).


Can I ride in another car?

Yes. If you plan to ride in another car, please do so before your arrival into the show. There is not space to park and combine cars once you enter the gate.
